What Is Not Covered
LumiGlide Blackout blinds are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes the aluminium frame, fabric, and all mechanical components under normal use and care.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at hello@lumiglide.com with your order number and a description (and photos) of the issue. We will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Our Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will at our discretion repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Shipping costs for replacements are covered by LumiGlide.
