By accessing or using the LumiGlide Blackout website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing errors occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Order & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed. Full payment is required before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location. LumiGlide is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition. Custom-sized blinds may not be eligible for return unless defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Limitation of Liability
LumiGlide's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
